Acabámos de lançar uma nova aplicação no Android Market.Esta app tem o nome "Futebol Portugal" e é um agregador de notícias dos principais jornais e web sites desportivos portugueses.

We have just launched a new application on Android Market: Futebol Portugal.

"Futebol Portugal" is a news aggregator about portuguese soccer. With this app you can keep up to date with the news about SL Benfica, FC Porto, Sporting CP and all other portuguese clubs.

I will be visiting the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (15 February 2010 to 18 Feb 2010).

Pedro Figueiredo, our developer most focused on mobile marketing solutions, is coming along to participate on Android and Blackberry developer sessions.

We have been doing a lot of work focused on the mobile web and our main goal is to check out new solutions, new systems and posible comercial and tech partners.

Following the i2Mobile rebranding and web site redesign, I'm starting this blog where I will talk about i2Mobile past, present and future.

i2Mobile is a small software development company that I and Miguel Henriques founded back in 2005. Our idea was to combine my previous experience with embeded and mobile systems and Miguel experience with web development and database design, to develop business software with strong mobile features. Today, I am fully devoted to run the company, while Miguel has the role of investor and part-time consultant. 

Nowadays, we are a team of four:

• Pedro Carvalho (thats me) as the CEO and occasional software developer
• Tiago Soares, brilliant developer and CTO
• Pedro Figueiredo, software developer and mobile web expert
• Luís Torres, junior software developer

and I must say I am really proud of this team. The software we have been producing is making our customers happy.
